George Marsh, 23 was the son of William and Mary Marsh of Hill View Cottage, Malvern Wells died of shrapnel wounds. He was an Old Boy of Warrington School, Malvern Wells and was a sometime member of the St Peters Church choir. He formerly served in the Territorials. As an amateur actor he appeared in “Money” and “The Corsican Brothers”, performed at Malvern Wells by Warrington Old Boys.
