St Mary Church, Hanley Castle

St Mary’s church is a Medieval building of particular interest to the historian – damaged in the Civil War and partially rebuilt in the 17th century. There are many interesting grave stones and memorials, especially those of the Lechmere family. It is open at weekends, and on weekdays during school holidays.
