Malvern
Link, at the junction with Lower Howsell Road. The shop on the left
has only recently closed down
|
The
first thing one notices is how quiet this scene is and how many more
trees there are at this time. To the left are the Beauchamp Cottages
|
A
scene of commercial activity. On the left is the Colston buildings,
and to the right the building that today houses the Post Office. This
is the centre of the Link

The
bridge is all that remains of Malvern's first railway station, built
in the 1860s.
|
This
building, later a school was situated to the left of the station as
one looks from the picture of the station. All that remains today of
this fine building is the gates to the path that today lead to Somers
Road
|
This
building, demolished in October 2003 housed the Morgan Motor Works,
and later became Brooklyn Garages.
